Intensive and commercial goat farming on of 1,000 hectares in a sustainable manner to benefit the local farmers, community and create thousands of jobs. To establish a progressive and dynamic value chain for the goat sector in a sustainable manner. Inputs – improved goat breeds, feed production and formulation, medicines and drugs, etc.
All these services provided to the farmer as ONE-STOP solution as they become the franchisee. They agree to the terms and conditions of franchisee, and in return they benefit from all these services. The Franchisee also own shares in the marketing company, which adds to the revenue they earn from their farm.

- Farm manager, supervisors, drivers, casual workers, etc., will have an Employees Trust which will be eligible for 10% dividends when the company declares the dividends.

- Management contract: 5% of the turnover (so they will work hard to benefit – higher turnover leads to bigger fees).

Intensive commercial rearing of 10,000 goats for breeding. This will be done in 3 phases – 2,000 goats, 3,000 goats & 5,000 goats; over the 3 years period. Each franchise will start with 100 goats and scale up to 200 good improved breeding goats. The franchisee will also start with 50 goats in feedlot and move up to 450 over the 5 years and more depending on the availability of land, finance, etc.
AgriLiving will access the site and then decide whether the franchisee will grow the feed on his land or can lease another land parcel for cultivation of the feed. The goal is self-reliance in terms of breeding goats, feedstock, feed and supply of feedlot for meat. The entire value chain under ONE ROOF to create better wealth for the farmer.
AgriLiving will ensure all processes are transparent and fair. The animals will be treated with care, and all animal welfare regulations taken care of by the franchisees. The franchisees will subscribe to the software for real time data and reports. This will also ensure the traceability of the product from the farm to fork. Food safety standards to be maintained at all times.
